On March 12, 2009, approximately 700 handpicked guests, from the International Tourism and Wellness industry, witnessed a glamorous occasion at the SENSES Wellness Award held in the marbled Bear Hall at the old Berlin Town-Hall. SENSES, the exclusive wellness magazine and guide to the most prestigious and beautiful wellness-resorts, travel destinations and spas worldwide, has been in publication for 11 years and is available in German, English and Russian.

In the middle of this exclusive and international hobnobbing event are Dr. Wolf Funfack, the founder of the Metabolic Balance nutrition program and his wife Birgit Funfack, who is also the company’s general manager.
