Will I suffer from cravings and feeling of hunger all the time?

While many participants report little to no hunger pains or cravings, it is indeed normal to experience some hunger in the beginning phase.  Drinking your pure water between the meals will greatly lessen any hunger you experience and will help flush out toxins that are causing any hunger pains.  By keeping on track with your plan, your body changes rapidly (3- 5 days) and cravings or hunger can subside to a thing of the past. 

Why? The foods prescribed in your plan are nutrient rich, balanced, and are designed to fill you up and metabolically keep your sense of being full.     This is done by keeping your blood sugar and insulin levels in normal to lower levels.   By keeping your insulin levels low, your sense of hunger stays satisfied for a much longer time period.  This is what your body needs to trigger your metabolism into burning the fat instead of continuously storing the fat!  

This is not a starvation diet or imbalanced diet.  To lose weight properly, you must eat  the right foods in the correct portions.  (In fact, many participants remark that they sometimes have difficulty eating the amount of food prescribed on their plan!)Smile
